Will an EU car stero work in the UK

Good evening,

The Blaupunkt Bremen SQR46 DAB costs £330 in Italy, and £400 in the UK. I will go to Italy next week, if I buy it there, will it work in the UK?

I was afraid that the FM would have odd/even frequencies mismatch as with the USA.

Blaupunkt finally replied to my email confirming that their EU radios will work in Great Britain too.
