I had a 545i saloon a few years ago. Loved it but it was as much use as a chocolate teapot in snow. Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

Unusual to find one with the HUD. I had one before my Fatty, wonderful thing. Mine had HUD, Active Cruise, Dynamic Drive, Active Steering, extended leather and lighting pack. Loved it, did 20K miles in it in two years and was extremely reliable. 2012 (L322) 4.4TDV8 Vogue SE, RSE, Fuji White over Arabica. Yes, hence why I’m also keeping the fatty 😂 I thought it was unusual aswell as most of them didn’t have it, mine also has the dynamic drive and active steering, I do wish it had the pan sunroof but considering the spec against the others, I’ll take it, one less thing to worry about. I’m glad yours was reliable- I’m hoping this one is too- that noise though!!!! 2009 (2010 MY) 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography 2007 TDV8 Vogue SE 2005 BMW E63 645ci 2024 Porsche Macan |

Gotta say I didn't have any issues with my e64 in snow or any other conditions. It was very sure footed and there's plenty of torque to get moving with almost no throttle. Decent tyres and you're good to go.

Good to know, it’s got Michelin premecy/primecy? All round with good tread, I’ve always had and used BMWs all year round in the snow with out winters with no issues- just need to be careful more than anything else 2009 (2010 MY) 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography

I fitted Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymettrics on my 6er. They were version 3 on one end and 5 on the other as the 5 didn't come in both sizes with staggered wheels - but I can't remember which were which!

Cheers- yeah- I’m well past driving like a booby now- my license is too valuable to me, I’ll get the transmission done as it’s running nicely and I’d like to keep it that way, I also will be doing the same with the L322 as that feels like it needs doing 2009 (2010 MY) 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography
