15 Take the Drill to the bumper

You have to drill at an angle to avoid damaging the black or painted bumper parts. I started off with a small pilot drill making three small holes in a line then moved up to an "8" and just waggled that about until they all joined together. Clean up the scraggy bits with a craft knife or similar. Its all plastic, nothing to go rusty so no additional protection needed.
