LR fit max 20" for a reason, I'd go to 20" or even 19" if you use it off road.

I don't go off road no.

Why do Overfinch offer 22" then if it's not advised? all smug in my new plug!

LR don't endorse ANY 22" wheels from ANY 3rd party wheel manufacturer.

You'll probably be surprised to know that LR can and do refuse warranty claims if they find the car's been fitted with 22" of ANY type......... Whistle Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

The pothole needs to be reported first or the council will reject the claim saying they can't repair it if they don't know about it Big Cry

Last time I tried to claim for a damaged wheel, they said they would only even "consider" a claim, if the offending pothole had been marked for repair by spray painted marks, but not yet repaired, as the marks indicated that they were aware if its existance, but hadn't gotten round to repairing it...... I bought my old L322 brand new from Parks and they supplied and the 22" Overfinch wheels...and they put them on 2 demo's at the time, so I'd say they'd be in a pickle with that one!!

Anyway that was then, and this is now, so putting my old 19"'s back on tomorrow.....tempted to just leave them and get genuine 22" Overfinch and see where that takes me. all smug in my new plug!
