Fogged up fog lights ?

Anyone elae have this issue my rears do it do bloody annoying. Present :2008 TDV8 HSE
Gone Audi A5 2.7TDI
Gone Discovery 3 HSE
Gone Mercedes CLK
Gone Range Rover 2.5 DSE

If they ar like mine and my drivers side headlight its a bit of condensation thats got in Sad Remove the begger and dry it out and check the vent pipe on it is clean and facing down and not up as water will not get out otherwise..
