I cleared a few faults today, nothing to onnerous i hope, but the one fault that will not clear is on the HEVAC and it is a Pollution sensor line fault?

I think i have found the sensor on the rh side of the radiator which i unplugged cleaned and put back but still will not clear. its the bit that says line fault so not sure if this would be a cable problem or if replacing the sensor would do it? Any one with RAVE have the part number? Its a 2005 Tocuhscreen TD6.

one of the quirks of the fullfat is that by disconnecting the battery for 30 mins or so to get the ecu's to reboot sometimes gets rid of errors , have you tried this.. ... - .- -.

I like the way you say one of the quirks!!

No i have not tried this, i will have to do it and see what this does, maybe it may reset the FBH problem i have been having as well.



In general the whole car which i bought form new has been quite good and tocuh wood aprt form the new engine and front diff at 8,000 miles all has been fine. Its just the niggly bits like air suspension compressor in the boot likes to go swimming now and then!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The doors freezing when cold but now i have GUMMI !!!!!!!!!!! so did that yesterday.

when you have re-connected the battery dont forget to turn the steering fully left and then fully right to set the steering parameters and regards to the gummi, you need to apply regularly so the rubber is treated properly..

i love the niggly bits the fullfat has, i had a smax before mine and nothing went wrong with it so it turned out to be a very boring car... ... - .- -.
