Well thanks for all the replys but I've pretty much done it now just got the wiring to do and as said I cut those tabs of also removed the bar from under the crash bar and cut the arms off that run up .......I'll add pics as soon as I get a chance  "RANGEISM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED"

Get our self a new washer bottle 06 to 2012
Just the bottle, the neck fitts,
The three pumps and three seals,
You should have a push fitting on your new bumper
For the HP jets,

As for the wiring you need to get to your hands on the
Left (ns)washer wipe plug that was on your old headlight

Sorry what I mean is,

You new bumper has a big tube going to each jet
And has a push fitting on the end. To go on the
High pressure pump.

Your old pump has a tiny tube which is low pressure


But your screen pumps are different in the new
Washer bottle so you need to buy all 3. RANGE ROVER 04 TD6
