Scarey's right there will be a connector plug under the seat - This would be the first place to check as it may have been trapped at some point especially if the seat had been moved to either end of its maximum reach.

I had a similar problem and there is a connection under the seat. The cable to the screen is not part of the main harness for the seat but a separate cable about 6mm in diameter. Under the seat in the floor is a compartment with a removable lid, if you slide the seat all the way forward you can just get the fixings out and remove the lid. The screen connector should be one of the first you see when looking from behind the seat. MY2007 S/C - Stornoway / Jet |

Often the cables brake and they are fibre optic and very expensive from the main dealer! The other end of the wire from the plug under the seat is a triangular shape found behind the removable panel on the rear of the seat (the panel with the pocket) you can remove this then swap the wires from seat to seat to check if the fault moves!

Craig, there is no fibre optics in the specific cable from the RSE Module to each rear screen ![]() ![]()
Granted if you damage or crush the orange MOST cable on the far right of the picture it will need replacing but the MOST ring just connects each module and does not go to the headrest screens. Even if the most was damaged you could find a fibre splicer/joiner easy enough these days |

Thanks for the help guys...So under the seat I'm looking for a compartment which I just remove the lid off and the cable I'm looking to see if housed property is the 1st cable I should come to? If it's connected property are we looking at a broken cable then?

Its one of the first you come to, the cable and connector under the seat is the same shape and size as the blue one in the picture above although for the screen it is a black cable. If its clipped in the correct place it should be next to a smaller dark red connector with a small black cable which is the aerial supply to the armrest phone cradle. The main RSE module is in the left boot compartment when viewed from behind the vehicle. It is mounted vertically adjacent to the opening, lets hope it is a loose connection like i had!
