Ok, here goes, Escort is up for sale as I can't really justify keeping it due to the distinct lack of bad weather.

Basic info.

1998 R reg, 75k genuine miles, tax until end of March, MOT until 5th July. Pepper red metallic, paintwork in good condition, rear arches have had work in the past but still presentable. Interior is in mint condition. Just been serviced, this involved:

Oil & filter
Air filter
Plugs
Leads
Idle control valve
Wipers front and back

I bought 4 Michelin winter tyres, they have about 4.5-5mm of tread remaining, all wheels are straight and in good condition apart from a scuff in one. Engine runs well, pulls strong, doesn't smoke, uses no oil or water & has no leaks. Gearbox is good too. Brakes and suspension are fine, exhaust is decent.

Comes with 2 keys, sadly, no red master key, but I don't really think that's a problem these days as you can get keys made for Fords without the red key.

It's pictured with the cd player out of the Mini and a subwoofer, neither are included, I will be fitting the Ford CD player back in and removing the subwoofer. I can leave the amp wiring in though if wanted.

Spec. wise, I've upgraded a few bits:

Electric windows with one shot lowering on drivers side
Electric heated mirrors
Electric sunroof, (all greased up so works perfect)
Colour coded handles
Variable intermittent wiper stalks, (height of luxury!)
Foot well lights
20 second interior light relay
Upgraded front speaker.

Good honest motor really. Looking for £795 ono ideally.
