Terrorist wins deportation appeal

F Censored K me just read this on a news report

A terrorist accused of posing a grave threat to Britain's national security cannot be sent back home because it would be a "flagrant denial of justice", human rights judges have ruled.

Radical cleric Abu Qatada, described as "Osama bin Laden's right-hand man in Europe", won his appeal to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) against the UK's efforts to deport him to Jordan with assurances that he would not be tortured.

The US do things like this without many people blinking an eye, even after a movie was made about it! and we still hand over people without problem, just look at gary mckinnon and the ejit from sheffield hallam being exported for copyright theft that he didn't actually do Rolling Eyes

Either put the fricker in the stocks or send him back and save us some bloody money instead of housing him in a jail at our expense Very Happy we have enough money being bled for stupid problems in this country without wasting more of it when his own country WANT him back...
