Its now sorted Very Happy

I ended up buying a BMW X5 caliper from Euro Car Parts for £124.80 including a £42 surcharge, so thats £82.80 once I return the old one.
Its identical to the caliper listed for the RR thats priced at £174 on their web site.

For anyone looking to replace their brake caliper the part number is 133111221
