Tyres.

I have just had my '02 4.4 V8 petrol through its MOT and it passed with a few advisories, one being tyres, all four.

I'm looking for recommendations for new ones, I drive 12k a year, virtually all on the road, mostly commuting to and from work. I'm looking for a good value tyre as it's not going to be cheap changing all four at once !

Thanks in advance.

When I bought mine it came with Accelera Iotas I was a bit dubious as they are very cheap but they are wearing well have good grip and low road noise.I have done over 7 k on them. I cant fault them at all. Im running 255 55 19s. Hope that helps. Thumbs Up Present :2008 TDV8 HSE

I'd say Nexen, I'm planning to buy a pair, they seem to handle well and wear well, and are amazingly good value, £100 each at Camskill:

I previously had Khumo's although they were 275x40x20's and i thought they were Censored … took them off after about 800 mile and got shot of them ... ====================================

2 x Nexen on order today... Also looking at about £200 for a radiator in the very near future - just starting to give way!

I have had Yokohama Advans, bit more per tyre but have been very happy with them......

Plenty of tyre web shops that deliver with great prices..
