Normally I couldn't see past a petrol V8 and it would be my automatic first choice, the only thing that annoys me is the range on a tank. Having recently driven a TDV8 though I am almost converted as the near 600 mile range is tempting.

I'd go for the TDV8 Vogue SE. Great resale potential, great engine. Get it chipped by a chipping firm, have them put on a sports exhaust to get the growl out of the V8 and watch people's jaws drop as you floor it.

There are some firms out there who can chip the TDV8 up to 800nm of torque!

I'd need to ask if there was a rationale for changing at all. I'm perfectly happy with what I've got and wouldn't change it at any price. The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom |
