Ive read a lot on here about people with cracked coolant tanks but wasn't 100% sure what I should be looking for and signs etc, until I came home from walking the dog to find the FFRR had taken a on the floor. A quick look found a 2-3inch crack in the tank. £42 from Dan and hopefully it will be sorted Friday.

Mine did that but in the middle lane of the M25 last summer.

Changed today. Easy job and To Dan for supplying the new tank. If anyone is interested here are a few pics of the inside of the tank, after a beating from the screwdriver.
