Mine melted and took the surrounding plastic case with it. I took it off and connected the cables together with an insulated 6mm nut and bolt. I used to get what I thought were flat batteries around that time, but after I took it off, never had a flat battery again. 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded |
