Spare Wheel

Censored me , in the SC i had the sling type to help remove the spare wheel , this TDV8 ain't got one nearly had a burst blood vessel trying to get the spare wheel out earlier today … Shocked Shocked ====================================

Rolling with laughter I done the same thing yesterday, I pulled out the spare wheel, I got inside the boot and yanked the wheel up and then dragged it out, I knew the strap was some sort of contraption to get the wheel out but i diddnt know how,

Then i found a video on you tube showing how to do it, I felt like such a prat to say the least Laughing

Ahh Mick thanks for the "heads up" on the spare wheel Thumbs Up I have just remembered I still have the strap from my old FFRR which I kept when the LPG tank was fitted.

Try swapping all 4 wheels manually, no air tools and no trolley jack.

My in car jack is...jacked in! The handle is now bent so much its unusable. If I get a flat I'm calling the AA and be one of those people I used to point and laugh at for their sheer ineptitude. Very Happy Discovery 4 HSE

yep the jack included with the range is pants.....you really need a 3ton trolley jack that has a high reach....
