They look like Cooper Zeon LTZs.
I've some slightly oversized ones on a set of 18" (on my L322) & I love them, seem pretty good in snow, rocks and mud, and I've not noticed more road noise...
Perhaps most interestingly you can also get them in 20"... Smile
They are a popular US tyres, but a couple of UK suppliers have them in stock. L322 TD6 Range Rover
