Rear upper and lower hub bushes help

Any advice from anyone how to do these ive had a look at the bushes there straight forward but whats the best way of fitting them in the hub i.e do they press in onto no6 Range Rover

You need to mark the top bush bolt with a centre punch as it adjusts the geometry.

Leave the hub assembly in place, the top bushes press out fairly easily, there are a few threads on the forum of how to do them. The bottom bushes are a little more tricky and are tight as hell to remove, I used a 6' steel tube and a big hammer to help mine along.

Replacement is reversal but do get a 4 wheel alignment and geometry check once you have rebuilt it
