United Kingdom 2004 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 V8 Java Black

hi just would like you to check your obd2 port flap under the dash to the right of the steering wheel, had an issue where it can stop the odd things working for no reason, the flap has a little jumper in it that makes contact when closed. just a thought Question apart from that have you check to see if you have 12v and meter out to see if the earth is 100%. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

I'm in the same position; has anyone solved the issue? I had been soldering boot light but then had to cut wire but before I did this I had the same issues with the la k of certain lights. Also when I turn off ignition the steering wheel doesn't raise but it can be electronically adjusted! I've checked relevant fuses but they are not controlled by one single fuse; have I done something serious?!? "YYS" G4 FFRR

In answer to this and to Stu's PM, trying very hard to dredge up in the back of my mind, I think what happened was that I hadn't had the car long at that time and an unrelated fault developed meaning that I took it back to the supplying dealer. Whilst it was there I asked them to sort the lights too. I'm pretty sure they did say that they had to plug it in and reset something (but that was 5.5 years ago!) and I don't think I ever got a definitive answer, just some working lights.

Sorry I can't help more.
