2006 Range Rover Autobiography Supercharged Zambezi Silver
Rear Arch Lip - Rusting

I've got some surface rust on the rear wheel arch lips that looks crap and I'm getting it painted this week before the salt arrives and corrodes it even more.

My painter guy is going to strip it back, treat it, etch prime then seam sealer it and stone chip it before paining. He has suggested painting the lip satin black - any thoughts ?

When the door is shut, I think that it may look better painted black, not so sure about when the door is open though.

Still can't understand why LR didn't extend the rubber protection to protect this vulnerable area.

So question is - Silver or Black ? Stolen / Gone: 2006MY Supercharged LPG Autobiography - Zambezi Silver with Sand/Jet/Jet Oxford Leather.....
