Are they vehicle specific or can they work with other range rovers of the same year or model ====================================

They can be swapped about... There is a function for pairing up a new cam. You can have multiple cams. Previously..
Vogue SE TD6
Defender 90 2.4
Defender 110 TD5
Vogue 3.5 EFI
