I got my digital tuner the other day and connected it up to the same power supply as my DVD player but it wouldn't turn off or allow my keys from the ignition. So not 100% sure what's going on but think I need new power supply's in the boot area. Don't mean to jump on your thread but Im interested in this also. Could do with an ignition live down on the left rear boot area (near the TV units) Ash

HI Rob,

Messed around today and found both of what you are looking for. (i needed it to fit my digital TV) There is a purple/white cable which is ignition live and the red/white is permanent live in the rear left (with all the TV/Audio stuff)

Just find one of the big looms as I think the wires are common in all of them down there.

Easy to check with a multi meter though.

i connected my digital tv live to the right hand side fuse compartment...(i think fuse no 3 10 amp, its for audio) it gets its live feed when the audio is on so even with ign off if you switch audio on you will get live feed to tv.

mine is the touch screen not sure what system you have.
