Being sick with (I think) food poisening. Drove home from work in the VX and had to stop by the side of the motorway to be sick.

I wasn't actually sick - just some wretching and dribbling.

Took me an hour to stop shivvering under the duvet, then I got this awful sweaty high temperature.

Now hungry but there's nothing in the house. At least it means I'm getting better. Going to the shops for something, just hope I don't fall over with the dizzyness.
