United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Bonatti Grey
Citroen C2 Furio 1.4 Sensodrive - SOLD

For sale is my Mums 53 Plate.

its a 1.4 Senso Drive Furio with approx 53k on the clock.

Its got 2 dealer stamps in the book and the rest of the services have been done yearly by my dad (air/oil filters, oil flush and fuel filter from GSF)

It is all standard, not even a rear spoiler, apart from having the GT Front grille.

Its recently had a new back box as these are starting to rot on most of them at this age, tyres have loads of tread on them as its been used with GT White alloys most of its life, and has only ever had my mum drive it to the shops and excercises most of the time and the odd trip by my brother to take his kit to uni and back.

Its below average milage and has had the control and hydraulic unit for the gearbox system replaced under warranty as these are a common fault as well from my research, has all the updates from its last dealer service and has no recalls logged against it.

The car is in black, is in very good condition outside and inside as it has never had any pets in it.

Its for sale as my mums health is getting worse and there is just no point keeping it on the driveway anymore.

It has circa 9months MOT but no tax on it currently.

I cant stress how hard it is for them to let go of this car, it was an ex demo from a local Citroën dealer with circa 1k on it and has been with my folks ever since. My mum really loves it and its hard for my dad to let it go but needs must and they would rather see it being used than sat on the drive for many months at a time gathering dust as it will do the car no good.

Its had no expense spared in its upkeep, it may have the odd very tiny trolley ding around it from the trips to the shops but for an 8 year old car is only to be expected.

being one of the VERY early C2's this one has no ABS, in a car this small and light it doesn't really need it that much and you have plenty of airbags should the worst ever happen.

Everything works as it should.

They are looking around £2300 OVNO.

It is located within 10minutes of the M6 junction 21 and M62 Junction 11, Warrington.

For an extra £250 there are some White GT Alloy wheels to go with the car, they are straight and in very good nick but could do with a respray and new centre caps. 2 tyres are just legal and the other 2 are in pretty good nick.

Not sure I would agree with that, but it's a cracking first car for a son or daughter.
If only my daft son hadn't written of 2 cars in as many years I would have seriously thought about it! Censored

Good luck finding a new home for it! Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue
Had- 2008 TDV8 Vogue SE in Java black
Had - 2007 S/C in Stornoway Grey

With the standard Michelin tyres it grips very well under braking and having driven it back to back against one with abs the tyres make up for the lack of abs Smile

It is an ideal 1st car though as cheap insurance, tax and fuel.

Generally it gets about 40mpg+ on local trips not getting over 40mph and has done even better on mway trips with my brother to uni Smile

Sadly no car is cheap to insure when you're 19 and have 2 writes offs on your record! Big Cry Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

SOLD!

For Full asking price plus another £200 for the spare alloys Smile

The new owner races C2's and had looked at a few, even an 05 for a bit more money Very Happy

He spoke to my dad on the phone and asked him if it was as good as the pictures and description, my dad was honest and said yes and when he turned up didnt even haggle Very Happy

Always love transactions like this, make life so much simpler and shows what taking care of a car does for future value and ease of sale Smile
