For me, the key thing with parts is establishing the part that is listed is the one I need for the car. I don't necessarily need a picture but I need to know the part number (to help with verification), the price of the part, a statement about whether VAT is included in that price, and which models and model years the part applies to.

From any website, if any of the above is missing it throws doubts in my mind and I generally go elsewhere. If I were at home I'd ring up and ask but often I'm taking a 2 minute break at work and don't want to announce to the rest of the office what it is I'm trying to buy that isn't work related!
