Marking problem as SOLVED

Does the forum have any thread tools (like I have seen in VBulletin) so thread starter can mark as SOLVED/UNSOLVED? This would help users find solutions, and help "helpers" to know that an issue does not necessarily need their attention. .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember Wink
