Does anyone have instructions for fitting a repair module to the BM54 amp they could let me have a copy of?

I've got a broken BM54, a repair module, and plenty of time... but got no instructions for how to fit it.

I bought the module 2nd hand from the forum, and asked some re-sellers if I can get hold of a copy of the installation instructions (without success). I've searched the internet, but again without success.

Has anyone done one, and still got the instructions hanging around? Many thanks.
