Very long shot here, but does anybody have a door car in black for my new S/C? Alternatively, anybody know of any solutions to when the airbag has gone off that don't require a new door card?

Good luck with CWS. In my experience they are very expensive and not particulary helpful. That said they do tend to have a fair few bits available. FFRR TD6 HSE
