Seat base swap ?

Is it possible to swap the driver and passenger seat base cushion round ? The drivers seat outer edge is getting a bit worn, and I thought it would be good to swap with the passenger.

It is possible, I've heard of it being done but have never done it myself. 2002 4.6 Vogue SE - Alveston Red with Lightstone Leather

At a quick look at lrcat.com, there appears to be only one part no. listed for the seat cushion foam, not a left and right.

With the leather cover, again there is only one for each colour and year, etc., not left and right.

I had read that it was possible as I'm looking to do the same. I need a seat squab in Sand (code SUN) from the passenger side - acually, that could be from either a RHD or LHD car.

I am seriously thinking of getting my driver's seat recovered. Ron B. VK2OTC
