After a set of wing mirror covers for my 2003 L322 as they’ve faded/sun damaged to an almost light grey colour (similar to how the old red Vauxhalls used to turn pink)

Few years ago they were everywhere, eBay, all the Chinese selling sites, granted a lot were chrome (not what Im after)

Are there any sellers these days that aren’t charging £70+ for a set?

Or is there any kind of treatment to get them back to (Im assuming) black again?

Try Polytrol.
I used it on my Porsche's faded scuttle panel and it brought it back like new.
You can get a sample pot for £7 iirc and it lasts ages. ---------------------------------
