I have just had my 86 month serice done at the above and i,m pleased to report they really have been excellent. Brand new Evoque as a courtesy car , kept upto date about what was happening with mine .

Good to hear and very encouraging - however I'd be more interested to hear a good tale of sorting stuff once something goes wrong. I fell out big time under the previous owner (Helston Garages). All was fine for a few years until I caught them out in two lies (said it needed new brakes that it didn't and said there was nothing wrong with the screen that was fine before they had it in but was then broken on pick up - it wasn't that we disputed that they'd broken it, they simply insisted that a broken screen wasn't broken). Escalated my complaint, but instead of admitting the failure they chose to continue to insist that black was white even with me sitting in the car with the service manager and pointing at the very obvious fault. Once trust is gone, its a very hard thing to win back....and I never have been. Mike - MPx
