Not starting with warm/hot engine

Hello,

Our L322 4,4 V8 (2004) has a problem.
If the engine is could the car starts without a problem.
But if the engine is warm/hot, it won't start.
Not even a click of a tick of whatsoever.
The key turns, the instrumentpanel lights up, but that's all...

We already replaced some parts:
New battery, new generator (dynamo), new startermotor.

Anyone got the same problem of a solution?
