Interior trim pieces 2013 vs 2018 models

Looking to change the piano black interior trim pieces on my 2017 FF.
I ve found a wooden trim set from a facelift 2018 onwards model. Does anybody know if these are interchangeable?

PS: I do not care about the door carts. Interested to change the main console and air vents, front and rear.
