Hi all,

I noted a permanent code - P040D-00 Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) temperature sensor A Permanent circuit high when scanning my 2012 4.4l TDV8 I have recently acquired.

I am currently removing the oil cooler to replace the gaskets etc and found this wire to be shredded and possibly needs to be replaced. I see it's for a sensor as well and wondered if this could be causing the code?

Any feedback or ideas would be appreciated.
