Adaptive headlights Issue

Hello,

I will be greatfull if someone can help me with the following issue:
I have 2010 RR L322 with adaptive xenon headlights. Untill today they were working perfectly but now there ia a flashing light on a dashboard for the Adaptive headlight function. I looked up the "dancing" when the engine is starting and realized that the left one is in lower position and the motor tries to move the head in right position but it couldn't. I'm atatching a photo of it. At the begining I tought the problem is conected with a replacement of a front left wishbone yesterday but the sensor looks fine.

I will be greatfull if someone can give an advice if the problem is in the motor of the moveing head, electrical or anything else.

Thanks in advance!

Was the sensor replaced...??? IIRC they do a sensor with 3 wires, or 6 wires if you have the adaptive lights...

If not, not a clue, I would guess the headlight needs replacing but hopefully someone has had similar and can comment... Thumbs Up Pete

It’s worth taking the bulb covers off on the back of the headlight and checking the rod that’s attached to the motor / adjuster is still in place, from memory it’s a push fit ‘ball & socket’ type arrangement and may have become detached. Jonathan

Thanks you all for comments!
Yesterday I had free time and opened the back cover of the low beams then realized that the xenon bulb is not fited well and I put it in correct position. After that when I swithed on the low beams again, they made "the dance" and everything was fine. It seems to be that was the problem.
Problem solved.
