Problem with TCU ?

Good morning, I'm bothering you with a problem that despite repeated searches I haven't been able to solve.
Here I found similar topics and expert answers and I hope you can help me. My RR Vogue 2019 sdv6 I think has a problem with the TCU...
- wifi not working no IMEI no MAC
- vehicle software without version
- SIM (under the armrest) not working
- USB (for music under the armrest) not working/deleting
- parking sensors slow to turn on
- rear camera most of the time the green/yellow/red lines don't work
- tire pressure message present at every start
Fortunately the Motorola MA1 Android USB module under the armrest works for now!
I also went to an LR dealer and after the diagnostics he told me that I should replace 2 control units for the modest sum of €4500... does that seem strange to me!?
What do you think?
Do you know the spare part code of the TCU for my RR, is it under the steering wheel?
Thank you for your patience and any advice is welcome
Giorgio from Bergamo
PS. I hope it is readable... it is the work of Google Translate

welcome to the forum..

first thing to do is to check your battery....a low voltage battery could be the cause. ... - .- -.

Stan, thank you for the welcome and the advice, I will take care of it as soon as possible... even if I think the problem is elsewhere.
I'll keep you informed, who knows, maybe it might be useful to others.
