I recently won a Copart 2011 Salvage 2011 5.0SC L322. 94K on the clock and chains have been done!

In speaking with quite a few rebuilders - they think it is worth much more in parts than it is rebuilt...
Spent $2k after fees - would probably take another $2-3K and it may be worth $6k.

At least the TCM inside the gearbox would have to be swapped because of the different CANBUS protocols.

Depends on how far you want to go.

If you stripped the 06 back to the shell you could probably modification most of the bits on the 5.0 to go onto it. I reckon most of it would swap over but you would probably have to do a whole transplant of the electrical system and wiring loom to make it function….. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
