L322 Deployable Step Hinges Design Question

I've just had a few pallets of L322 and L405/494 step hinges arrive, and on the L322 ones, I see differences between the holes on the last ones from another supplier, and the new ones. The new one is on the left.

And the new ones come with this fixing kit, which the previous ones didn't.

As I no longer have an L322 myself to look at, can someone opine if both versions are fine? Presumably (hopefully), the fixing kit covers the differences between the two designs, and either/or are fine? 2017 4.4 SDV8 Autobiography in black
