Hi guys - firstly be assured I've tried to find the answer to this on the forum, I really have!

I recently bought a Bovee from another forum member - all working for him, no reason to doubt that. However, on my 2011 FF, I cannot get it to connect to the car via the 30 pin lead - it's just not recognising the Bovee/phone as being there.

I've tested with an old iPod too, and that's not recognised too so fairly sure the issue is the in car wiring, or the cubby connector?

Does anyone have any ideas at all? I'm stumped...
