Potential parasitic battery drain

Hello,

Trying to locate a possible parasitic battery drain.
I just realized that when i enter the garage even hours after the car has been parked (unlocked) my mobile connects to the car and transfers the audio there even before entering the car. Is that normal? That suggests that the bluetooth connection remains open even when the car is shut down and parked for hours. Is that a bug or a feature?
Thanks

I have the exact same model and year, but I can only confirm it shuts down fully when you lock it.
Why wouldn’t you lock it? If your car is stolen from the locked garage, you may find yourself uninsured. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” -where’s the fun in that?

Thanks for the reply Gremlin. I am just used to leaving everything unlocked in the garage. Maybe that’s not a good strategy, but i am now looking to understand if that is supposed to work like that or is the source of my battery drain.
