Gearbox/transmission

Hi i have been fooling around with GAP IID Tool, i lifted the suspension to the highest setting and noticed that the gearbox hated it. Shifts where getting worse and worse. I lowered it to the standard hight and all smooth again. Is this normal behavior or is my transmission on the way out?
