Hi,

Has anyone added a light to improve the, rather poor, reversing lights on a facelift L405? If so did you wire them via a tow bar electrics or direct in to the rear lights?

surely the upgraded tail lights are bright enough to help you reverse,,,and the rear view camera is good in the dark..

the reverse lights on all vehicles are there to indicate to others that you are reversing and not to illuminate the area behind you...

as for bolting on extara lights ,this will spoil the look ... ... - .- -.

If you wire into the towing electrics with led lights it for some reason badly effects the rear camera.
I had one fitted and was looking at replacing the camera, unplugged my light and the camera came back with better quality.
