I could well be wrong but I thought that yellow connectors were usually for air bags. I know from experience that airbag connectors under the seat can be troublesome and wonder if someone has done some kind of mod to stop the light from coming up?

I'd agree, mine is the same. JLR fitted a wiring overlay loom as the original is too short and causes loss of connection and hence the airbag light pops on.

I don’t know if this helps but I had an airbag warning light coming on intermittently. It was from the seat. Did a bit of YouTube digging and I found something that work for me. So on my LHD car looking at the back of the seat on the left hand side the foam bolster rubs against the plug giving the intermittent fault. The video suggested cutting a small amount of foam out so that the plug remains un-disturbed. Since then no faults and zero difference in how the seat feels. I don’t know if I can link a video but you can try searching for “BOO2O-13Range Rover air bag warning light common problem” it’s not in English but it does have subtitles. Sounds drastic and I wouldn’t normally try something like that but the connector in mine was just like in the video and when I gave it a wiggle the airbag warning light went off. Current
