2024 - P460e - Climate Fans Shut Down at 56-58mph!!!!

I'm currently on my way to Scotland from East Sussex. I've only had this car for 10 months and covered 2,500 miles. Yesterday, all seemed fine with the Climate Control, then after a few hours, I noticed all the windows and front screen begin misting up inside.

Having spent ages changing all settings within the big central screen, taking my eyes off the road and drifting between lanes several times, thanks to the new world of "everything being on a screen" but there was no improvement in the de-misting or increase in fan speed.

Then I come off the A1 at Ripon, reduced my speed and "hey presto", all the fans kicked in, de-misting the windows. Increase my speed again on the next A Road, and when I hit 56-58mph, all the fans switch off again!!

I'm guessing I have a fault here, or am I missing something?

An advice please would be greatly appreciated.

This happened to me recently on a long journey to the French Alps. I didn't notice if it was speed related, but it got so bad at one point that I had to open the sun roof to let some air in.

I tried putting the air con on MAX and also Max A/C but nothing made a difference.

Since then however it's been fine. I'll tell the dealer but tough when you cannot replicate the issue in front of them. 2024 Range Rover P550e AB

Thanks for your reply Ed, nice to know it's not just my imagination.

I've done a further 300 miles today without issue. I think the truth is, there's just far too much "Tech" on these cars nowadays, and it's not necessarily for the better!
