I’ve been looking into new batteries for the Fattie when it comes back from the stealer.

I will have to have a root about in the side of the boot to find out if I have the second battery, which looking at microcat I should have. There seems to be a tiny battery which is on there too…..

It is just the 2. For the SDv8, there is a full-size second battery and the other RRs have a smaller battery/capacitor. SDV8 AB MY 2020

Callout 10655C is 12V-70AH,760A,For Cold Climates Only and not applicable to UK vehicles, so you have the main battery (10655A) and the small aux battery (10655B).

Main battery is now part No. 429123482 which supercedes LR094642. LR are slowly moving all part numbers away from LR prefixed numberds to the new unified system.

Aux battery is 429123481 (was LR176847).

When it get back I’m going to put in 2 new Exide ones. Probably not LR ones, as they seem silly pennies and are made by Exide. Whether Exide just put a LR sticker on ther EX760 is another debate, but I would doubt they make 2 different AGM batteries putting out the same specs. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Saying that I just bought the main battery today from LR, but I didn't pay anything like retail price and I do like a label  L405 SV Autobiography LWB SDV8, finished in Aston Martin China Grey by ETO division.

I got my Exides from Tayna & they were a perfect fit

Car is back, had a look and I definitely have the 70ah aux battery. 👍🏻 There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
