Don't groan, Bluetooth again..lol

08 3.6.
Nokia unit been bypassed before I got the car. I have bought a secondhand unit with the same model numbers.
Now the issue I have it appears to be working as the radio etc works fine. However it still says 'no phone fitted'
So what if anything am I doing wrong? Is there a menu I need to access to 'reboot' the system so picks up the unit?
Not overly concerned, however be nice to have it working again.
Thanks. 2008 TDv8 Vogue in Java black x2

Have you turned Bluetooth on on your phone and searched for devices? Think it comes up Land Rover. Might then be a pairing code… can’t remember, sorry.

i'll see thanks, however when i press the phone button in the car i'm still getting the same message of 'no phone fitted', so think there is still a problem elsewhere, maybe in the replacement Nokia unit. 2008 TDv8 Vogue in Java black x2

Think you need to pair to the car via the phone not car to phone.

thanks all for the advise. re-read things and put my other head on. Seems to sorted. I was expecting a screen to show when the button was pressed. I also had the wrong pin number which didn't help. So i blame a head cold for not thinking straight. Thanks again.. 2008 TDv8 Vogue in Java black x2

Got there in the end. That’s all that matters. I too noticed the grown…. I’d blame autocorrect 🤣
