I have a bad Oxygen sensor in my 2016 L405 and was wondering if the after-market sensors, Bosch etc are as good as the OEM? I also read they recommend replacing them in pairs??They sure are a lot more expensive. Thx in advance!

Fuel delivery, air flow sensors and exhaust sensors are probably one of the areas that benefit from genuine parts to be honest.

I’ve tried various non genuine in different cars in the past and they’ve often had issues that were fixed by getting the real thing.

Other areas are fine with aftermarket, but fuel/emissions are so accurate that it’s probably worth it in the long run. V8 or else ...
