U2101-56 HVAC issue

Hello, anyone seen this before? Seems to be a hard fault with the HVAC and can't clear it with the GAP IID. Aircon occasionally mists up very quickly but Aircon specialist confirms system holds gas....any thoughts? Tempted to try a replacement HVAC panel.
