I'm wondering if it is possible to fit a original L322 bumper onto a facelift model. Reaason for this is I've sourced a (mythical!) rubber nudge bar and want to instal on my 2008 model TDV8. The nudge bar comes with the old bumper bar with holes already drilled.. which means I can keep my original bumper as a spare and not trash it, in case I want to go back to no nudge-bar.. So.. is it possible to fit?

If it's NOT possible to fit, then next question is..

Can I fit an original rubber nudge bar to my facelift L322? Very little info on the nudge bars I'm afraid. Have downloaded the RAVE zip pack and tried browsing that, but couldn't find anything (I'm on Mac so have to sift through it manually). Anyways.. any help, suggestions, pointers.. and yes, even opinions are more than welcome.

Ok.. checked images of bumpers and can see that the grille proturdes into the bumper on facelift model.. so no go with the bumper bar..

So, the question now is.. will the nudge bar from 02-05 model fit onto a 06-09 facelift model?

Bumpers are very different as are the front wings, lights and grille... it would be a modify job and certainly not plug and play...

IMHO I think those nudge bars look awful and they offer little protection, An "A" bar bolted to the front chassis legs would be more worthwhile...
