Gap iid tool

Hi All.

I have a Gap - iid tool. Bought approx 3.5 years ago. works as it should.

It reads and clears faults as it should, and that's in a nutshell all I do with it.

However, pondering, should it be updated every now and again?
As we we do with our phones and pc's etc.etc.

I have my phones, pc's, iPads etc.etc set to update themselves. (Latest version).

What about the iid tool????

you can download the iidtool updater from the GAP site...you install this software onto your computer and connect the iidtool ..

from memory but not 100% ,if you have the iidtool connected to your FF and also have it connected to wifi then it should update then... ... - .- -.

No i believe you need to update it via your PC/Tablet Stan, as it updates the software... Thumbs Up
